About MyClinicProtocols

Your clinic. Your workflow. Your protocols.

MyClinicProtocols helps aesthetic, wellness, and weight-management practices turn scattered templates into organized, clinic-specific documentation packages that are easier to review, approve, train from, and maintain.

What MyClinicProtocols does

Clinics often start with documents gathered from different sources: old protocols, generic consent forms, device instructions, standing orders, spreadsheets, intake forms, and internal notes. MyClinicProtocols helps bring those pieces into a more coherent system.

Depending on the selected package, documentation may include treatment protocols, standing orders, consent forms, SOPs, intake or treatment forms, aftercare materials, safety documents, checklists, and clinic forms. Packages can be customized around the clinic's state, provider roles, products, medications, devices, techniques, branding, and workflow.

Clinic-specific

Documents are built around the information supplied by the clinic rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all template.

Connected

Protocols, forms, consents, records, and safety materials are organized to use consistent terms and workflows.

Review-ready

Materials are prepared so the clinic's qualified medical director or supervising provider can review and approve the final clinical content.

Our approach

We focus on the documentation system surrounding a service: who is authorized, what the clinic actually performs, how the patient is screened and documented, what products or devices are used, how safety and escalation are handled, and how the final version is approved and maintained.

Where a topic depends on regulatory, public-health, workplace-safety, device, or medication information, our educational resources prioritize authoritative sources such as FDA, CDC, OSHA, HHS, state boards, statutes, regulations, and current manufacturer information.

Quality process

Materials are prepared and quality-checked by a registered nurse with extensive experience supporting U.S. healthcare, aesthetic, and wellness practices. Quality review focuses on completeness, consistency, professional presentation, alignment across related documents, and areas that still require qualified clinical or legal review.

Final approval stays with the clinic.

The purchasing clinic's appropriately qualified medical director, supervising provider, prescriber, or other authorized clinician remains responsible for final clinical approval and implementation.

What we do not claim

MyClinicProtocols does not provide legal advice, does not expand scope of practice, does not create prescriptive authority, and does not guarantee that a document is compliant simply because a state name appears on it. Actual requirements depend on the clinic's state, licenses, ownership and supervision structure, services, products, devices, and other facts.

We also do not represent every page or customer document as individually physician-reviewed unless that specific review actually occurred.

Education and transparency

Our public resource library is designed to help clinic owners and teams understand how protocols, standing orders, consent, records, safety systems, training, and version control fit together. Start with the 2026 Med Spa Protocol & Clinical Documentation Guide and review our Editorial Standards & Clinical Review page for more detail about sourcing and quality practices.
